MIRABEL NONO
DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE AFFAIRS
Mirabel Nono is a Founding Director of Women in Development (WID), entrepreneur, mother, and founder of Kingdom DNA Academy LLC. She is passionate about empowering women not only to build successful lives for themselves, but to become women who strengthen their families, influence their communities, and intentionally shape the generations coming after them. Mirabel believes that when you empower a woman, you impact a generation. Her passion for women’s development is rooted in the conviction that true empowerment goes beyond financial independence. A woman who is equipped spiritually, mentally, physically, and economically is better positioned to nurture her family, pursue her purpose, build sustainable opportunities, and raise children who are prepared to do the same. Through Kingdom DNA Academy, Mirabel works with families at the intersection of faith, nutrition, wellness, education, and generational legacy. She develops nourishing whole-grain porridges, herbal tea blends, fermented foods, and educational resources that encourage families to return to intentional nourishment and everyday wellness. Her work particularly emphasizes gut and brain health, plant diversity, and helping mothers understand how everyday food and lifestyle choices can support the well-being of their families. Underlying this work is a much bigger vision: passing down a legacy of faith to children who are nurtured in mind, body, soul, and spirit. Mirabel believes health is an important part of stewardship because our bodies are the vessels through which we live, serve, lead, and carry out our God-given assignments. As a Founding Director of Women in Development, Mirabel brings this whole-family and generational perspective to the organization’s mission. She is committed to helping women recognize their worth, discover and develop their gifts, build sustainable opportunities, strengthen their families, and understand that their growth can change the trajectory of generations. For Mirabel, women’s empowerment is ultimately about legacy: when a woman rises, she should be equipped to help her family rise, reach back for another woman, and leave the next generation stronger than she found it.
